At RPS, our mission is to bridge the gap between potential and performance. We believe that every athlete regardless of level, location, or background deserves access to elite-level programming and support.
In an era where sport is more competitive than ever, the difference between good and great lies in the details. That’s why we combine objective testing, evidence-based methods, and clear, data-driven programming to build athletes who are physically prepared for every challenge their sport demands.
We don’t just to prepare athletes to be physically dominant, but also aim to build mental robustness and awareness, preparing them to handle not only mental challenges and adversity they may face within their sport, but also away from it also.
High performance goes far beyond plates on a bar and times on a stopwatch, we aim to offer a 360 degree approach, tackling the four key areas of performance - Training, nutrition, recovery and mindset.
Our services are not for everyone and not designed to be. Our individualised one to one programming digs deep below the surface covering areas of identity, purpose and tools around preparation and psychology, along with clear long-term goals setting.
